1. What is an Organization?
An organization on the Erro platform represents a company or business entity that utilizes our services. It serves as a central hub for managing teams, users, and resources associated with that entity. Each organization that you create needs to have its own Erro subscription plan in our of our service tiers as well as a set number of purchased 'seats' or individual users that are a part of the organization.
2. What can I do with an Organization?
An organization allows you to manage multiple teams, users, and resources under a single entity. You can assign roles, set permissions, and oversee the overall structure and operations within your organization. This allows users to separate different branches or divisions of their business, each with its own teams and workflows, while still maintaining centralized control and oversight. With the organizational structure, you can have one user that is a part of multiple teams but only have to pay for one seat!
